The Crystallites SAGE team of Junior Secondary School Abuja made their business presentation to his Excellency President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan GCFR and other Delegates at the 8th Annual MSME Financial Conference Sheraton Abuja.

Congratulations to SAGE Nigeria for gaining a huge, impressive audience for the Crystalline SAGE team of Junior Secondary School Garki 10 when they made their SAGE presentation to his Excellency, Nigerian President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan at the 8th Annual MSME Financial Conference in Abuja. Seoul to Host 2015 SAGE World Cup

Seoul to Host 2015 SAGE World Cup 
 
 
The dates for the 12th annual SAGE World Cup will be 7-10 August, 2015 in Seoul, South Korea. SAGE Founder and CEO, Dr. Curt DeBerg, plans to travel to Korea in late November 2014 to finalize details. Stay tuned to this space! At least 20 countries are expected to participate!

SAGE LAGOS/SOUTH WEST COORDINATOR WINS BEST COORDINATOR AWARD FOR SAGE YEAR 2014

SAGE LAGOS/SOUTH WEST COORDINATOR, Mr Ebenezer Omejalile, was handed the best coordinator award for the SAGE year 2014.

The award was handed him as a reward of his sheer determination and immense hardwork and display of resilience in ensuring that the SAGE programme in Lagos state was a success.

Mr Omejalile couldn't express his satisfaction at receiving such a notable award band pledged to give his all in ensuring that the SAGE programme in Lagos flourishes beyond  bounds.




SAGE NIGERIA HOLDS ITS ANNUAL NATIONAL SECONDARY SCOOLS ENTREPRENUERSHP COMPETITION. LAGOS PROGRESSIVE SECONDARY SCHOOL SURULERE COMES THIRD IN SEB CATEGORY

The annual SAGE NATIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOLS ENTREPRENEURSHIP COMPETITION was held on the 19th and 20th of June at the LEKKI PENINSULA RESORT, LAGOS.

In attendance were schools from several states of the federation. Schools from Lagos, Ekiti, Kaduna, Kano, Imo, Abuja,  Osun, Cross River, Abia, Rivers, Bayelsa, Ondo, Plateau and many more.

Four Schools represented Lagos State in the two business categorie namely
SOCIAL ENTERPRISE BUSINESS (SEB) & SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS (SRB)

The four Schools that represented Lagos are namely:

ABIBAT MOGAJI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL AGEGE (SRB)
MAGBON ALADE SECONDARY SCHOOL IBEJU LEKKI (SRB)
LAGOS PROGRESSIVE SECONDARY SCHOOL (SEB)
COMUNITY SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL SURULERE (SEB)

  At the end of the two day event, LAGOS PROGRESSIVE came third in the SEB category.

LAGOS PROGRESSIVE SECONDARY SCHOOL WON THE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE BUSINESS CATEGORY WHILE COMMUNITY SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL SURULERE WERE RUNNERS UP IN THE SAME CATEGORY.

IN THE SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS CATEGORY, MAGBON ALADE SECONDARY SCHOOL IBEJU LEKKI CAME FIRST WHILE ABIBAT MOGAJI SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL AGEGE CAME SECOND.

BEST COMMUNITY  BUSINESS - ABIBAT MOGAJI (AMMSSA SAGE TEAM)

BEST ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY BUSINESS - MAGBON ALADE (MAGRAMS SAGE TEAM)

Sage Lagos held its Annal Secondary Schools Competition on the 18th of June 2014.

Ten Schools from the six educational districts in Lagos State participated in the competition which was divided into two categories namely :

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE BUSINESS (SEB)

SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS (SRB)

The Competition which was held at the LAGOS STATE EDUCATION RESOURCE CENTRE (LASERC) witnessed the presence of distinguished judges from different parts of the state. Also attracted the presence of both electronic and print media outfits like Daily Independent and Super Screen Television.
